About the role
We're looking for a Head of Growth to lead our customer acquisition strategy from the ground up. You'll be our first dedicated growth hire, responsible for identifying scalable channels, running experiments, and building the playbook for reaching health-conscious consumers who want to take control of their longevity.
This is a high-impact role with significant ownership. You'll work directly with our founders to shape how we talk about Assurna, who we target, and how we convert interest into subscribers. If you thrive in ambiguity and love building from zero to one, this is your opportunity.
What you'll do
- Own the full customer acquisition funnel from awareness to conversion
- Identify and test new growth channels (content, paid, partnerships, influencers, community)
- Build and manage growth experiments with clear hypotheses and success metrics
- Develop our brand voice and messaging for different audiences
- Set up analytics infrastructure to track funnel performance and attribution
- Eventually build and lead a small growth team
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or demand generation at a startup
- Track record of scaling a consumer product from early stage to meaningful traction
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
- Experience with health, wellness, or DTC subscription businesses is a strong plus
- Excellent written communication and ability to craft compelling narratives
- Personal interest in longevity, biohacking, or health optimization
