1. Our Position

ASSURNA, Inc. (“ASSURNA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this page in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and analogous state privacy laws. Although ASSURNA does not engage in the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law, we provide this page to ensure full transparency, to honor your rights, and to offer you a mechanism to exercise those rights at any time.

For the avoidance of doubt:

  • We do not sell your personal information to any third party for monetary compensation.
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Professional or Employment-Related Information: job title, employer name, professional role (where voluntarily provided).
  • Inferences: health profiles, longevity scores, risk assessments, and personalized protocol recommendations derived from your data.

3. How We Use Your Information

ASSURNA uses the personal information we collect strictly for the following business purposes:

  • Generating personalized health analyses, biomarker reports, and longevity protocols.

When submitting a request, please provide sufficient information for us to verify your identity and process your request. We may ask you to confirm details associated with your account. We will not require you to create an account with us solely to submit a verifiable request.

Verification

To protect your information, we are required to verify the identity of any individual making a privacy rights request. We will use reasonable methods to confirm you are the person whose information is the subject of the request, or that you are an authorized agent acting on their behalf.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide proof of written authorization signed by you, and we may require you to independently verify your identity and confirm the agent's authority.

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within ten (10) business days and will provide a substantive response within forty-five (45) calendar days of receiving a verifiable request. If we require additional time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you of the reason and the extended timeline in writing.

7. Opt-Out Preference Signals

ASSURNA honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other opt-out preference signals recognized under applicable law. If your browser or device transmits a GPC signal or similar opt-out preference, we will treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device — to the extent any such activity were to occur.

You do not need to take additional action beyond enabling GPC or a similar signal in your browser. No account or login is required for us to honor this signal.

9. No Financial Incentives

ASSURNA does not offer financial incentives, price differences, or service differences to consumers in exchange for the retention, sale, or sharing of personal information. Our membership pricing and service quality are the same regardless of whether you exercise your privacy rights.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policies. 11. Children's Privacy

ASSURNA's services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
