Your right to opt out

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.

Assurna does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law. Our use of third-party advertising or analytics services is limited to first-party measurement of our own site and brokerage operations.

If you are a resident of a state with an opt-out right and you wish to formally exercise that right with respect to Assurna, use the form below or email privacy@assurna.com.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization. We may require you to verify your identity with us directly or to confirm to us that you have provided the agent with the necessary authorization.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser where applicable. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for the device or browser making the request.

No retaliation

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. This means we will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of services because you exercised your rights.
