- Why publish pricing when nothing else in this category does?
- Because you should be able to work out whether Assurna fits your floor without sitting through a call first. Gated pricing is a filter that costs a buyer an hour to pass. Starter and Pro are published, per seat, per month. Agency and IMO are not published, because they are genuinely scoped rather than because we are hiding a number.
- Is the seat price the whole bill?
- No, and that is the point of stating it plainly. The seat price is fixed. Calling minutes and messaging are usage, so they are metered and billed on what you used, itemized by seat on the same invoice. Every tier includes an allowance of minutes per seat, and anything past that allowance is billed by the minute.
- What happens if we go over the included minutes?
- Nothing stops. The overage is billed by the minute at the rate on your agreement and shown as its own line, so a heavy dialing month is visible rather than absorbed into a lump sum. On an Agency plan the allowance is scoped to how much your floor dials, so it is set against your real volume rather than a default.
- We are an agency with a downline. Which tier is that?
- Agency. Your downline agents come in as users on your plan rather than buying their own, seats and minutes are scoped to how many producers you actually run, and reporting is built around the producer, so persistency, NTO, and chargeback rates are visible by name. Pricing is scoped on a call.
- Can we have our own instance?
- Yes. A dedicated, isolated instance is available, so your records are not pooled with another organization's. It is the usual answer to an internal data governance requirement, and it is the reason most IMO conversations start on this page and finish on a call.
- How do modules work, and are they in the seat price?
- Compliance, Analytics, Contracting, and Training are configured for your organization rather than toggled on, and you can ask for one to be built that is not on the list. Because each is scoped to what you need, they are priced in the same conversation rather than carried in the published seat price.
