Capabilities
Five capabilities, one system.
Dialer vendors have no insurance objects, and agency management systems have no serious dialer. Assurna is one system from the first dial to the issued policy.
Each page below covers one part of that system and is honest about where it stops. Read the one that matches the problem you are trying to solve, or read them in order and you have the whole product.
The set
Five capability pages, and what each one answers.
Each page is written for one job on the floor. Nothing below is a summary of a summary: the page it links to goes further and says where it stops.
Dialer
The dialer is the core of Assurna rather than an integration bolted onto a CRM, which is why the call and the policy it produced end up on the same record.
- Preview, power, and progressive modes, chosen per campaign
- Calling hours and consent checked before a number is dialed
- Recording, transcript, and disposition attached to the lead
AI Coaching and the AI Appointment Setter
The AI makes the agents you already have better, and the AI Appointment Setter makes sure the conversations they get are worth having.
- Every call transcribed in real time, coaching on what was said
- Scoring against the same rubric on every call, not a spot check
- An AI Appointment Setter that qualifies, books, and live transfers
Compliance
TCPA and calling-hours rules are enforced in the code path rather than written down in a policy document, which makes compliance a property of the system instead of a habit you have to audit.
- Consent state, calling hours, and internal do-not-call checked before the dial
- Recordings and transcripts kept on the record they belong to
- A per-call compliance review a human signs off on, never the software
Pipeline
A call becomes a quote, an application, and a policy inside one system, which is the wedge neither a dialer vendor nor an agency management system can match.
- Leads, quotes, applications, and policies as first-class records
- Built-in multi-carrier quote comparison
- The application hands off to the carrier's own application
Reporting and Risk
Advance commissions make persistency a risk you carry, so the reporting is built around the producer rather than around the month.
- Persistency, not-taken-out, and chargeback rates by producer
- Production read next to the dials and talk time that produced it
- Measurement of what happened, never a prediction of what will
One system
The parts are separate pages, not separate products.
An agency running a dialer in one window and a CRM in another pays for the gap between them in dropped context, re-keyed notes, and recordings nobody can find when a complaint arrives ninety days later. Splitting the product into five pages is a reading convenience, not an architecture.
A lead is dialed, the compliance check runs in front of the dial, the transcript hangs off the conversation, the quote and the application come off the same record, and the policy reports back against the producer who wrote it. That is one path through one system, and it is the reason the reporting can answer questions the separate tools cannot.

Worked in the same place it is dialed

Transcript
Attached to the record, not to a vendor
Quote
Multi-carrier comparison, built in
Application
Handed off to the carrier's own application

Tied back to the call that wrote it
