Careers
Build the software an agency runs on.
Assurna is the dialer-first CRM for final expense and term simplified-issue telesales. We are building the dialer, the compliance engine, and the policy record as one product, for agencies whose business runs on outbound calling.
Lead
Worked in the same place it is dialed
Dial
Preview, power, or progressive
Transcript
Attached to the record, not to a vendor
Quote
Multi-carrier comparison, built in
Application
Handed off to the carrier's own application
Policy
Tied back to the call that wrote it
The work
Three hard problems, one product.
Dialer vendors carry no insurance objects and agency management systems carry no serious dialer. We are building both.
- 01
A dialer, not an integration.
Preview, power, and progressive modes in one product, with recordings and transcripts landing on the lead record without an agent doing anything.
- 02
Compliance in the code path.
TCPA rules and the prospect's own calling hours evaluated before a number is dialed, with consent and do-not-call state carried on the record rather than in a spreadsheet.
- 03
AI that has to hold up live.
Real-time transcription during the call, coaching on the completed one, and an AI Appointment Setter that qualifies prospects, books appointments, and live transfers them to a licensed agent.
How we work
Four things we hold to.
The same commitments we make to an agency, turned inward.
Operator-first
The product is judged by what happens on the phone: conversations per hour, a clean record of the call, a compliant dial. If a change does not show up there, it waits.
Ownership
Small team, real surface area. You own a capability end to end, from the calling path to the record it writes, rather than working a ticket queue.
Plain dealing
Straight answers to agencies, straight context internally. We do not ship a claim the product cannot back.
Regulated by nature
This is calling software in a regulated line of business. Consent, calling hours, and recording retention are part of the engineering, not a legal afterthought.
Open roles
Where we need people now.
Austin based, remote-friendly. Insurance experience is welcome and not required.
- Engineering
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Work across the calling path and the records behind it: leads, quotes, applications, and policies in the same system as the calls that produced them.
Austin, TX / RemoteFull-time - Design
Product Designer
Design the surfaces an agent sits in all day: the dialer session, the live transcript, the pipeline board, and the producer reporting behind them.
Austin, TX / RemoteFull-time - Marketing
Head of Growth
Build go-to-market for a category that still runs on software written twenty years ago. Own the channels, the comparison story, and the demo pipeline.
