About the role
We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to build the core platform that processes and visualizes health data. You'll work across the entire stack—from database design to API architecture to polished frontend experiences.
You'll be joining a small, senior team where everyone ships. We value clean code, thoughtful architecture, and moving fast without breaking things. If you care deeply about craft and want to build something meaningful, this is your role.
What you'll do
- Build and scale our health data platform from ingestion to visualization
- Design APIs and data models for integrations with wearables, labs, and health providers
- Create performant, accessible frontend experiences with React and Next.js
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and security best practices across the platform
- Mentor other engineers and help establish engineering culture
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Vercel, AWS, or similar)
- Healthcare or HIPAA experience is a strong plus
